This privacy notice is to provide you with information about the practices followed by Vetsolve Recruitment in connection with our services and the use of personal data.
We take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to:
- Apply for roles that are of interest to you when you ask us to (Candidates)
- Communicate with you about those roles
- Stay in touch occasionally about your availability for work - You can inform us at any time if you no longer require such information to be sent.
- Ensure we remain legally compliant
- Please note - the data we hold for Clients may include personal data of individuals within the business as well as company data if this is what has been provided to us in order to service recruitment requirements. In this case, the data we hold will only be used to actively contact the individuals with regards to their recruitment needs.
We are committed to ensuring the best standards of practice and all Candidates (and other individuals within the Companies we recruit for) can be assured that the protection of privacy and confidentiality are given the highest priority.
Information Collected
Candidates - The information we collect is carefully chosen to enable us to determine suitability for job roles within the remit you have given us and may include Title, Name, date of birth, postal address, email address, telephone number(s), gender, confirmation of identity, evidence of your right to work in the UK, criminal records confirmation, along with other information specific to the task of securing a role within your remit.
Individuals within a Company - The information we collect or are given is used only for the purposes of recruitment for your vacancies.
You are responsible for providing accurate personal data and for notifying us of any changes to that data.
Use of Information
We do not share or sell your details to third parties however, for Candidates, we may send your details to a payroll or umbrella company if you have asked us to refer you for this service.
We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law or protect our rights, property, or safety.
Data Security
We take appropriate measures to safeguard the information we hold from unauthorised access or improper use. All data is securely collected, stored and is password protected.
Retention of Information
We will securely hold your personal information for a 24 month period after which time it will be reviewed.
You can inform us at any time if you no longer require your data to be stored.
If you request your data to be deleted, we have the right to retain it for so long as needed to complete our legitimate business interests or performance of contractual, legal or regulatory obligations.
Your Rights
Individuals may request in writing details of all their personal information held by us so as to contest inaccurate or incomplete data, verify the information and have it corrected as appropriate.
We will require identification to verify your identity as the data subject.
